I arrived at the hotel at 8 pm very tired from a day's work and when I arrived at the check-in they told me that my room was not ready and that I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be delivered when the check-in time is 3 pm, I waited the 20 minutes and when I returned to ask they told me that I had to wait 20 more minutes, because they have a full hotel and there are no waiters, something that is not a problem for the client, my room was paid before 3 pm that day, as it was high season the room was more expensive but as it is a hotel that I liked very much I decided to pay it; you must hire more staff for these seasons, it is not fair for the customers to be going through this, when you arrive at the hotel the only thing you want is to go in to rest, in the room they did not put the usual amenities; RECOMMENDATION NOT TO STAY IN HIGH SEASON, THEY ARE NOT TRAINED.

The swimming pool and outdoor area were a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and a convenient on-site car park. a highly recommended place for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
